Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These terms explain what Accident Assist24 is, what it isn’t, and what you can expect if you get in touch with us. [LEGAL/COMPLIANCE REVIEW RECOMMENDED] — these terms have been drafted to reflect how the service actually works, but they have not yet been reviewed by a solicitor and should be checked before this site goes live.

Who we are

Accident Assist24 is run by Anca Pinciuc. Accident Assist24 is a trading name, not a separate registered company. [COMPANY DETAILS] [BUSINESS ADDRESS IF REQUIRED].

What this service is — and what it isn’t

Accident Assist24 is a personal introduction and guidance service. When you get in touch, Anca will talk to you about what’s happened and help you understand your options. Where it looks like there’s something worth pursuing, Anca introduces your enquiry to National Accident Support Line (NASL), an accident management company.

Accident Assist24 is not a law firm, is not a claims management company in its own right, and does not itself manage or process your claim. We don’t provide legal advice. Once NASL takes on an enquiry, they — and any solicitor, recovery operator, or hire firm they instruct — are responsible for the services they provide to you, under their own terms.

No guarantee of outcome

Nothing on this website, or said to you by Anca, is a guarantee of compensation, a guaranteed timeline, or a promise that your claim will succeed. Where we talk about what may be possible, that’s exactly what we mean — it may be possible, it’s worth discussing, it’s something to look at — not a categorical promise. Whether a claim is accepted, and on what terms, is a decision made by NASL and, where relevant, the solicitor or insurer involved, not by Accident Assist24.

How the process typically works

  1. You contact us — by WhatsApp, phone, or through the Quick Case Check form — and tell us what happened, in as much or as little detail as you have.
  2. Anca reviews what you’ve shared to get a sense of whether it looks like something NASL may be able to help with.
  3. If it does, your details are passed to NASL, who will contact you directly to confirm the details.
  4. Where appropriate, NASL transfers your case to a solicitor, recovery operator, or hire firm.

This is a general description, not a contractual promise about timing or outcome at any step. [LEGAL/COMPLIANCE REVIEW RECOMMENDED] for the exact process description once confirmed with NASL.

Fees

Getting in touch with Accident Assist24, and the initial conversation with Anca, does not itself cost you anything. [FEE STRUCTURE TO CONFIRM] regarding any fees, “no win no fee” arrangements, or charges that may apply once NASL, a solicitor, or a hire firm becomes involved — these will be explained to you directly by whoever is providing that service, before you agree to anything.

Cancellation and cooling-off

If, after being introduced to NASL or a solicitor, you enter into a formal agreement with them, you may have a legal right to cancel within a set period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. [LEGAL/COMPLIANCE REVIEW RECOMMENDED] — the exact cancellation period and process will depend on the agreement you sign with NASL or their solicitor, and should be confirmed there.

Eligibility

Some elements of the support that may be available — such as a replacement vehicle while yours is off the road — are typically subject to time limits (for example, needing to be arranged within a matter of days of the accident) and may not be available for older incidents. [ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO CONFIRM] — final eligibility for any specific support is always determined by NASL or the relevant provider, not by Accident Assist24.

Using this website

You’re welcome to use this website, including The First 10 Minutes guide, for your own personal, non-commercial use. The guide is general information about what to do after a road accident — it isn’t legal advice, and it isn’t a substitute for the specific advice you’d get from a solicitor about your own situation.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including its text, The First 10 Minutes guide, and the Accident Assist24 name and branding — belongs to Anca Pinciuc / Accident Assist24 unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to share links to this site, but please don’t copy or republish the content without asking first.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not allow us to do so. [LEGAL/COMPLIANCE REVIEW RECOMMENDED] for a full liability clause appropriate to this service, covering matters such as the accuracy of general guidance on this site and reliance on third parties such as NASL.

Third-party services

NASL, and any solicitor, recovery operator, or hire firm they instruct, provide their services under their own separate terms and conditions, which will be given to you directly if you proceed with them. NASL’s own terms are available at [NASL TERMS URL TO CONFIRM].

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with anything about your experience with Accident Assist24, message Anca directly on WhatsApp at [WHATSAPP NUMBER] or email [EMAIL], and she’ll do her best to sort it out. If your complaint relates to NASL, a solicitor, or another third party, they’ll have their own complaints process, and [LEGAL/COMPLIANCE REVIEW RECOMMENDED] on referring complaints about regulated legal services to the Legal Ombudsman where applicable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION TO CONFIRM] if the service is intended to cover other parts of the UK.
